Trainees Remote Access

This service allows trainee doctors enrolled in general and subspecialty board certification programs to remotely connect to KAMC's internal medical systems, using their username and password, then a code from Google Authenticator as a second factor (MFA).

Security Control:
As a security control, “Google Authenticator (MFA)” enrollment is restricted to the local network only — trainees must be physically on-site the first time they set up their authenticator app.

Once enrolled, they can authenticate and connect from anywhere using their password + the 6-digit TOTP code.

Activation Steps

You must perform these steps while you are physically in KAMC and your phone is connected to KAMC Wi-Fi:

1- Download the Google Authenticator app on your phone.

2- Visit:
https://access.kamc.med.sa/doctors

3- Sign in using your username and password.

4- Open the Google Authenticator app, click on “Add”, then scan the QR code displayed.

Important Note

•     - Save the QR code and backup codes in a secure location. You can use them to reactivate your authenticator, for example, if you change your phone.
